About Lauren’s Kids
Lauren’s Kids was founded by child abuse victim, survivor and educator Lauren Book-Lim. The organization educates adults and children about sexual abuse topics through an in school curriculum, a 24-hour Crisis Hotline and speaking engagements around the country. The ultimate goal is to raise funds for the creation of a Crisis Center for Children and their families coping with the aftermath of sexual abuse.

Dear Friends,
Thank you, thank you, thank you! With your help, support, encouragement, time and votes, People magazine and Major League Baseball today announced the winners/top vote getters in the People/Major Lease Baseball All-Stars Among Us program. Lauren was, with your help, the top vote getter for the Florida Marlins. While they did not announce total votes, we know Lauren garnered over 200,000. She will attend the All-Star Game on July 13th in Anaheim. We hope you will watch with pride as they announce her efforts in the pre-game ceremonies. This will help get her message of ending childhood sexual abuse through education and awareness out to America. Lauren works hard every day to help protect other children from suffering as she did.
